Access Codes
Each of your
dictators will need one distinctly different access code to be able to dictate
on our dictation server. You can ask as
many codes as you wish irrespective of the plan that you opt for. The only thing to be kept in mind is that
there is a monthly charge of USD 1 per access code and this applies to all the
codes you end up renting from us. This charge is levied irrespective of whether
it is used or unused over a months period. You can add or delete codes during
any given month for that change to take effect on the first of next month.
Pricing
Usage is charged on actual minutes consumed by your
clients who will dictate on our dictation servers.
The minutes and
usage plan options are all listed below. The best thing about dic2doc is
its no hassle
transparent pricing scheme. We have standard volume based pricing slabs. Depending on
your expected monthly volume, you can choose a suitable plan. If your monthly average dictation time increases or decreases, your minute plan
can be altered by you at any time. The change in plan takes effect from the
first date of the next month. The per minute rates are very attractive and there
are no stifling contracts involved. So you can have total peace of mind and focus on
your transcription business without worrying about anything on the dictation front.
Please note that all Plans are
Pre-Paid and will get charged at the start of every month or every new billing
cycle. For the first cycle, plan amount is charged proportionately for remaining
part of the month.

For higher monthly
minute requirements where the volumes are a minimum of 50,000 minutes, we
suggest that you go in for this PCDSP option. All you need to plan for is a
monthly minimum of 50,000 minutes of usage per month and bear a few other flat
monthly server related charges. If you are ready to do that we can provide you a fully customized
premium server solution designed only for you. You can create a look and feel of having your own server without having to buy &
/ or maintain one. Our dic2doc Premium plan includes features such as your own exclusive 800 number, full choice of user id’s from 0 up to 9
digits (i.e. customized length of user IDs) in any alphanumeric combination, no
$1 per user ID because they are all yours, the entire server belongs to you. You
can even have a customizable greeting in your company name which your clients
hear when they call for dictating. The per minute rate @ 7 cents per minute too
is fantastic and you can surely make a big impact on the transcription market
