Redundancy & Scalability
Redundancy
We have deployed the service on high-redundancy architecture with an auto fail over mechanism. This entire arrangement is replicated on another server which is deployed takes over if the main server fails for any reason. Further, we have an array of incoming lines which are configured in a hunting sequence. A failure of any kind on any line within this array is programmed to make the faulty line go busy automatically. This line being in a hunting sequence the call will land on the next line.
We are located in Philadelphia where the electricity is professionally handled by PECO wherein there is no history of any significant power failure since the start of our operations. Over and above this comforting thought we have adequate power back up in the form of APC make UPSs as well as a stand by Diesel Power Generator.
There are things which are not in our total control such as the telecommunication company service and the forces of nature. As for the telecommunication company issue we provide you a toll free number from an alternative telecommunication service provider which you can use when the first one is down. As for the forces of Mother Nature, we have a disaster recovery plan in place which will keep the down time to less than 12 hours.
Scalability
Our service will never give your users a busy signal ever. We take care of this critical issue before accepting your business.
