Confidentiality

We provide you a toll free number to access our recording server. Once connected, the server will prompt your client to key in the access code. This code is known only to you and your clients. The secrecy and security of the access code lies entirely in your hands so please safeguard it. All audio files once recorded are uploaded to your secure FTP or email address as per your preference. This activity is programmed to happen within minutes of the files getting recorded. To ensure complete client safety, these audio files are deleted automatically in a week’s time. So please ensure that you promptly inquire about any files which you may be missing. Once a week is over the files are deleted for good.
