A TCA represents your transcription customer such as a medical doctor, clinic or hospital, or a legal firm, etc. A TCA can contain one or more Dictators. Using your top level TSP login on the portal, you can go to "My Customers" section and click "Manage TCA & Dictators" to manage your Transcription Client Accounts and Dictators.
> Click "Create New TCA" button to create new TCA.
> Click "Edit" to review and update TCA details.
> Click "View Dictators" to open list of dictators in that TCA.
> Click "Create Dictators" to create new dictators in that TCA - whenever you create new dictator(s), the process will guide you to allocate at least one service to each dictator.
> For each TCA you can have a login (username/password), which can be passed on to your TCA, so that they can use web portal services such as uploading hand-held audios or downloading transcribed documents.
Each Dictator is allocated a unique access code (5 digit number) to be able to use our toll free dictation recording service. To create new dictators, inside the portal, you can go to My Customers > Manage TCAs & Dictators > Click "Create Dictators" to create new dictators in that TCA.
You can click "View Dictators" to get a list of dictators in that TCA. Then for any dictator, you can click "Edit" to view/update any dictator details. From this same Edit dictator interface, you can click "Move Dictator to another TCA" button, to move that dictator to any other existing TCA. Thus you can conveniently group your Dictators under different TCAs. Each Dictator can be given a login (username/password) to use web portal services such as uploading hand-held audios or downloading transcribed documents.
In the fictitious example given below we have shown a Transcription Service Provider (TSP) - viz. QWERTY Transcription Service. It has two Transcription Client Accounts (TCAs) - viz., XYZ Hospital and PQR Clinic. Each one of these TCAs has two TCDs (Transcription Client Dictators).
For most of the Dic2Doc services, the end users are Dictators. For each Dictator you can have one or more services enabled.
To manage which dictators use which services, you can go to My Customers > Service Allocation to Dictators.
